ADULT SQUADS

No Swim Squads on Public Holidays | Swim Squads continue during School Holidays.

Adults/Masters
- The Squad Focus is Technique Training. Adults have the option of choosing whether they swim a Bronze, Silver or Gold programme.
- Bronze Programme: Swimmers will be aiming to swim 2.2km over the hour and swimming 100’s on a 2:15 interval
- Silver Programme: Swimmers will be aiming to swim 2.6km over the hour and swimming 100’s on a 2:00 minute interval.
- Gold Programme: Swimmers will be aiming to swim 3.0km over the hour and swimming 100’s on a 1.45 interval.
- However, we have plenty of room for adults to get help with their swimming ability and fitness regardless of their level.
- Any Adults wishing to train harder for longer are encouraged to join the Platinum Squad lanes (5.30am).
Equipment required:
- Kickboard, Pull Buoy and Paddles, Fins
Session Days/Times:
- Evenings: 5.30pm – 6.30pm: Monday – Thursday (Bronze and Silver programmes available)
- Mornings: 6.00am – 7.00am: Monday – Friday (Silver, Gold and Platinum (5.30am) programmes available)
- Mornings: 7.00am – 8.00am: Monday – Friday (Bronze and Silver programmes available. Gold sessions are available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday if the demand is there; chat to our coach)
- You can mix and match your sessions to suit you
Costs:
- 1 swim per week: $290
- 2 swims per week: $480
- 3 or more swims per week: $570
Beginner/Novice Adults
- The focus of the Beginner/Novice Adult Squad is to encourage adult swimmers to get in the pool! We will develop the freestyle stroke and swim fitness through drills and sets.
Session Times:
- Evenings: 5.30pm – 6.15pm: Monday and Wednesday
- Mornings: 7.00am – 7.45am: Tuesday and Thursday
Costs:
- 2-4 swims per: $420
- 1 swim per week: $290
