76th Annual General Meeting of the Omanu Beach Surf Life Saving Club

Notice is hereby given of the 76th Annual General Meeting of the Omanu Beach Surf Life Saving Club.  Details of this meeting are as follows:

• Date: Sunday 13th August 2023
• Time: 2pm
• Venue: Omanu Beach Surf Lifesaving Club

Key Tasks / Dates for the AGM:

1. Board Members - Nominations for board positions must be received no later than 5.00pm Sunday 30th July 2023 (see Rule 14.7, OBSLSC Constitution).  Nomination form here
2. Items for AGM Agenda - Proposed motions (including alterations to the Constitution) or other items of business for consideration at the AGM must be received in writing no later than 5.00pm Sunday 13th August 2023 (see Rule 15.4, OBSLSC Constitution)
3. Proxy Forms - The deadline for submission of Proxy Voting Forms is 10.00am on Thursday 10th August 2023.  The form will be supplied with the AGM Agenda. 
4. An Agenda for the AGM will be circulated by Sunday 6th August 2023.
